$24-$29/hour (based upon experience)

HOURS:

Shifts will be 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week (possible Overtime)

Workdays will be Sunday night-Friday morning; 9:00pm - 5:00 am

Commercial Apprentice Electrician Job Description:

We are looking for an electrician capable of installation of wiring, panels, circuits, fixtures for tenant improvement construction. Must be able to wire panels, terminate, and troubleshoot. Technical Skills Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and schematics. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems. Pull and terminate electrical wiring and cable. Install panels, switchgear, transformers, disconnects, and lighting systems. Install receptacles, switches, and electrical devices.

Work with voltages including:120V, 208V, 240V, 277V, 480V Troubleshoot electrical faults using meters and testing equipment. Follow the National Electrical Code (NEC). Qualifications for

Electrician:

6+months of electrical experience in a commercial setting. Ability to terminate and troubleshoot. Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE. Must have tools needed for the job. Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Must have PPE including steel toe work boots, hard hat, gloves, high visibility vest, and protective eyeglasses. Must have standard electrical hand tools. 6+months of commercial electrical experience.

Experience working on:

Office buildings Schools and universities Hospitals Retail stores Warehouses Manufacturing facilities Safety Knowledge OSHA safety regulations. Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Proper use of PPE. Fall protection. Ladder and lift safety.

Physical Requirements Lift 50-75 pounds. Work on ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts. Stand, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods. Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Additional Requirements for
