We are looking for a motivated Electrical Technician to join our team and grow with us. Job Summary The Electrical Technician will assist with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn while working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs efficiently. Install conduit, wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, panels, and other electrical components. Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and safety regulations. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete projects on schedule. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards. Qualifications Previous experience as an Electrical Technician, Electrician, or Apprentice preferred. Knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices. Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Valid driver's license preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions when required.
