Smurfit Westrock seeks an Industrial Electrician to support our high-speed manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you'll install, troubleshoot, and maintain plant electrical and control systems, including motors, PLCs, VFDs, and power distribution. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, read schematics, and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to reduce downtime. Working in a performance-driven, safety-focused, and sustainability-minded culture, you'll collaborate with operations and engineering and gain exposure to continuous improvement and advanced manufacturing technologies. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, motors, and control circuits in a manufacturing environment. Diagnose and resolve PLC, VFD, and automation issues to minimize unplanned downtime. Perform preventive and predictive electrical maintenance using CMMS and follow work orders accurately. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals for effective repairs and upgrades. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout and

requirements. Support equipment upgrades, line changes, and capital projects in coordination with engineering and production teams. Document work performed, parts used, and findings to support reliability and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in root-cause analysis and improvement of recurring electrical and control problems.
