Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Electrician / Electrical Helper to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are interested in learning the electrical trade and gaining hands-on experience working alongside experienced electricians. Previous electrical experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train candidates who have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn. Responsibilities Assist electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems Pull wire, install conduit, and assist with device installation Load, unload, and organize materials and tools Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Read and follow project instructions and plans as directed Support commercial, industrial, and residential electrical projects Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required Electrical or construction experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid holidays Paid time off On-the-job training and career advancement opportunities Exposure to a wide variety of electrical projects Supportive team environment Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Overtime available Pay $20.00 - $30.00 per hour , depending on experience Why Join PFB Electrical?
