What You'll Do Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components Perform electrical installations in accordance with local, state, and national codes Diagnose electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with applicable regulations Communicate professionally with customers and team members Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Participate in on-call rotations as needed What We're Looking For Active Electrician License required 8-10+ years of Electric Experience Proven experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Working knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to lift equipment and work in various environments as required What We Offer Competitive pay $45-$50 per hour Overtime opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company-observed holidays Company vehicle and tools (where applicable) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other reason prohibited by applicable law.
