Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced/Foreman Electrician to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems across various commercial and industrial projects. Your expertise will ensure that all electrical work complies with safety standards and building codes, including the National Electrical Code (NEC). This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your technical skills to deliver high-quality electrical solutions efficiently and safely. Foreman/Electrician Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment on commercial and industrial construction sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of electrical systems Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters such as ammeters and ohmmeters, and other electrical testing devices to diagnose issues and verify system performance Work with low voltage and high voltage systems, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed at all times Collaborate with project managers, electricians, and other construction professionals to coordinate tasks effectively Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and system modifications Adhere to all safety protocols related to electrical work, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Foreman/Electrician Qualifications Proven experience as an electrician in industrial and commercial settings with a strong understanding of electrical systems Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, power drills, Ammeter, Ohmmeter, and other electrical testing instruments Familiarity with NEC standards for safe electrical installations and troubleshooting Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as required by construction environments Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing electrical issues Must have valid driver's license OSHA 10 certified Nice-to-have skills include experience with low voltage systems, schematics reading expertise, high voltage system knowledge, construction site experience beyond electrical work, familiarity with blueprint reading beyond basic diagrams.
