Your impact Jacobs is seeking a Program/Construction Management Intern to join our Program Management/ Construction Management (PMCM) team in Cleveland, OH, working on projects that bring innovative solutions to our clients' challenges locally and worldwide. Jacobs' Program Management and Construction Management (PMCM) team ensures successful project delivery by offering comprehensive services such as program planning, design management, construction management, risk management, and facility commissioning. They also provide tailored specialty services like performance management, safety plan development, logistics planning, and stakeholder coordination to meet client-specific needs. As a Program/Construction Management intern you will: Assist with the oversight of the program Observation of construction and assist with day to day management Attend meetings for collaboration and issue resolution and taking meeting minutes Reviewing RFIs and Submittals Reviewing estimates and contractor proposals Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies Support the quality control process by conducting inspections and documenting findings This position demands a results-driven, client-focused professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong work ethic.
