The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical troubleshooting skills, experience working in commercial and residentia l environments, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and controls. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment. Install conduit, wiring, panels, motors, transformers, and related components. Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes. Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation. Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Qualifications Journeyman Electrician License preferred. 3+ years of electrical experience in industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and residential environments. Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, motors, and troubleshooting. Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints. Knowledge of OSHA and electrical safety standards. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with PLCs and automation systems. Industrial and Residential maintenance experience. Experience with VFDs, motors, and control panels.
