Conduct plumbing system maintenance and repairs, including pipe repairs, fixture replacements, and leak detection. Execute carpentry tasks such as repairs to interior structures, doors, windows, and drywall; perform painting tasks including residential painting and maintenance painting. Requirements Proven experience in building maintenance with a comprehensive understanding of facilities maintenance operations. Proficiency in electrical work including repair of electrical equipment and understanding schematics. Mechanical knowledge covering HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, carpentry, and general facilities equipment upkeep. Skilled in welding techniques with the ability to handle various metal repair tasks. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in building automation systems. Ability to operate hand tools effectively along with specialized electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters. Strong knowledge of maintenance painting techniques for both interior and residential applications. Experience working with schematics for electrical wiring or mechanical systems.
