We are currently hiring for an Experienced Residential Electrician with 3+ years of residential or commercial experience. Mid-Ohio Generators is Central Ohio's largest Generac generator installer located in Sunbury, Ohio. We are small family-owned business and looking to hire an Experienced Electrician that would be excited to be a part of our team and grow along with us!

Overview of the job:

We cover the entire state of Ohio for installations and service; however, most work is located within Central Ohio. The candidate must have a general knowledge of basic construction tools, good common sense, and a great attitude! Mid-Ohio Generators expects high importance of knowledge and emphasis on safety. The candidate will be expected to be able to retain information regarding the local codes for the area they are working in and ensure that every job is installed professionally. The tasks and responsibilities that would be expected are as follows-

• Able to professionally perform all tasks related to home electrical work. BIG ONE! Must have a generally positive attitude and be easy to work with. We truly try to foster a small 'family' environment! Maintain a clean driving record due to insurance purposes. Able to work in all outside weather conditions. Perform physical labor with no limitations. Read and follow instructions on every installation. Work with a team and be a team player, help with other tasks on generator installation jobs if necessary. Arrive at work on time every day and maintain a reputable attendance record. Wear company provided uniform, and responsible for weekly drop off for cleaning. Boot allowance is provided, must wear the boots, and have a clean appearance. Must be able to handle customer service with professionalism and work with customers and co-workers in a timely manner. Must be able to handle issues that arise in a professional manner and contact supervisor or project manager to problem solve. A company 'team' vehicle is provided. You must drive your vehicle to our shop and will then have a company vehicle to drive to the installation sites. (Highly qualified applicants may receive their own company vehicle to use) Able to work overtime hours that are needed. Saturday work is fairly rare but does happen occasionally. Typical hours are 6:30am to 4:00pm (varies depending on job location)

•All new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period

•Due to the nature of our business, attendance is paramount. You must be at work on time, every day. Our installation teams leave each morning at a predetermined time. Here's what we do for you!
