Collaborate effectively with coworkers, typically working in small teams of 1-2 people to complete each panel type. Follow established quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure all panels meet internal and customer standards. Support the development and organization of the panel-building area, contributing ideas to improve processes, safety, and efficiency. Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies while working with electrical components, tools, and equipment. Essential Skills 3-5 years of experience working as an electrician or in a closely related electrical role. Proficiency in reading and working from blueprints and electrical schematics.
