• 130,000 Per Year We're looking for a licensed residential electrician who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with homeowners, and wants their earnings tied to what they produce.

This isn't new construction. This is residential service work where you'll diagnose problems, recommend solutions, complete quality installations, and build trust with homeowners. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and taking ownership of your work, we'd like to talk.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Meet directly with homeowners Diagnose electrical issues and recommend solutions Perform clean, code-compliant installations Manage jobs from start to finish Communicate professionally with customers and office staff Deliver a customer experience that earns repeat business and referrals

COMPENSATION

$24/hour while you train. Your first two weeks are paid at a flat rate while you learn our pricing, our app, and how we work. You're paid to learn it, not thrown at it. After that you'll be set with our performance pay: a percentage of the gross profit on every job you complete, with no cap and no quota to clear first. What that looks like once you're running: $7,500 a week completed is about a $70,000 pace. $10,000 a week is close to $101,000. $12,500 a week is around $132,000. That's one pay plan at three levels of your own output. Bring a calculator to the interview.

REQUIREMENTS

Active Oklahoma Residential OR Unlimited Journeyman Electrical License. Both qualify. Residential electrical experience You've worked a commission or performance-based pay plan before and it didn't scare you off Valid driver's license Personal hand tools Ability to work independently and professionally
