Conduct monitoring and preventative maintenance (PM/PDM) procedures to uphold equipment functionality. Utilize CMMS system adeptly for comprehensive documentation of repairs and associated time. Install new equipment and execute modifications on existing machinery proficiently. Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair duties on production machinery, ensuring minimal downtime. Conduct preventive maintenance (PMs) on electrical systems to preempt potential issues. Demonstrate expertise in utilizing Temperature Controllers, PLC's, HMI's, and Frequency Drives for optimal equipment performance. Take responsibility for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring operational efficiency. Adhere to pertinent state and federal regulations, codes, and ordinances, prioritizing safety protocols and regulations What will make you successful?
Required:
Current Oregon Electrical License (Limited Maintenance Electrician). 2 years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to obtain Oregon electrical license within 6 months.
Preferred:
Limited Journeyman Manufacturing Plant Electrician or General Journeyman Electrician (preferred). PLC experience (preferred). VFD experience (preferred).
