Location:
Greater Philadelphia / Main Line Boast is seeking a skilled, reliable, and trustworthy Lead Electrician to join our construction team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of performing a wide variety of repair, maintenance, renovation, and construction tasks in residential properties. Responsibilities Perform residential electrical installation, repair, and maintenance work in compliance with local and national electrical codes Lead and oversee electrical scopes of work on home modification and renovation projects, including accessibility upgrades Install, replace, and repair wiring, outlets, switches, panels, fixtures, and related electrical components Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and provide effective, code-compliant solutions Coordinate with project managers, occupational therapists, and other trades to ensure work aligns with overall project timelines and client needs Ensure all work meets safety standards, permitting requirements, and inspection criteria Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times Mentor and provide guidance to junior electricians or other team members as needed Accurately track materials, time, and job progress Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and team members Qualifications Licensed electrician (or eligible for licensure) in Pennsylvania, with relevant experience in residential electrical work Proven experience leading electrical projects, ideally within renovation, remodeling, or home modification settings Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local Pennsylvania building codes Experience with residential panel upgrades, rewiring, and accessibility-related electrical work (e.g., stairlifts, ramps, grab bar power needs) a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanor Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and problem-solve on-site Physical ability to perform the demands of electrical and construction work, including lifting, climbing, and working in varied home environments Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($30- 35/hour+, based on experience) The opportunity to do meaningful work that directly improves people's lives and independence A collaborative team environment that brings together construction, design, and clinical expertise Steady work across the Greater Philadelphia and Main Line area Our Hiring Process We are seeking a long
