What You'll Be Responsible For - As a Residential Service Technician, you will: Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues Communicate clearly with homeowners about problems and solutions Present multiple repair/upgrade options (not just one "quick fix") Answer customer questions with confidence and professionalism Handle objections respectfully and intelligently Perform Home Safety Inspections Work independently in customers' homes Represent J&N Electric's values, standards, and reputation Leave every home safer, cleaner, and better than you found it This role requires thinking on your feet, staying calm under pressure, and making smart decisions in real time.
