Job Description

Role Overview You'll handle the electrical side of solar installations, including wiring, conduit, inverters, and service panel upgrades. This role is perfect for electricians who enjoy hands-on work, problem solving, and want to grow in the solar industry. Responsibilities Perform neat / clean electrical work on solar PV systems (residential & commercial) Install wiring, conduit, breakers, inverters, and monitoring systems Complete Main Panel Upgrades and utility interconnections Ensure all work meets NEC, local codes, and safety standards Troubleshoot and repair PV systems Qualifications Electrical experience (solar preferred, not required.. we can teach that component) Knowledge of 2020 NEC and code compliance Competent reading Electrical diagrams Experience using Site Capture helpful Comfortable working on rooftops as needed and outdoors Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Join us in shaping the future of renewable energy!
