What You'll Do As a Skilled Electrician, you will: Perform electrical installations, service work, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and light industrial customers Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems independently Complete safe, professional, and code-compliant repairs and installations Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications Communicate directly with customers and provide an excellent service experience Work independently on service calls and installations Work alongside other electricians and installers on larger projects Develop the skills needed to run your own service van and manage assigned calls Learn our process for evaluating projects, developing solutions, quoting, and estimating Present options and recommendations to customers professionally Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate clearly with the office and field teams Requirements Minimum of five years of electrical-field experience Journeyman-level knowledge and ability strongly preferred Completion of electrical coursework, trade-school training, or a recognized electrical apprenticeship program strongly preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license with a responsible driving record Ability to work independently and contribute as part of a team Strong communication and customer-service skills Commitment to safety, quality, craftsmanship, and continued improvement Who You Are A go-getter who doesn't need to be micromanaged Self-motivated, dependable, and ready to take ownership of your work Proud of your craftsmanship and serious about doing things the right way Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team Interested in learning quoting, estimating, and customer communication Ready to take responsibility for a service van and assigned projects Respectful toward customers, coworkers, and their property Ambitious and looking for meaningful advancement—not simply another job Excited to grow with a company that is building something different What We Offer Competitive Starting Pay
