Starting at $38.90/hour Production incentive available (currently around $3.50 per hour) About the Opportunity We are hiring multiple industrial electrical maintenance professionals to support a high-volume manufacturing operation in Wheatland, Pennsylvania. The strongest need is for candidates with hands-on industrial electrical experience, especially those who have worked with PLCs, relays, sensors, robotics, Allen-Bradley systems, and 3-phase motors. There are multiple openings available, with a heavier focus on Electrical Technician-level candidates who can troubleshoot and support PLC-driven production equipment. Candidates with strong motor inspection, industrial maintenance, and electrical troubleshooting experience will also be considered, especially if they have exposure to PLCs and can contribute quickly in a fast-paced plant environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on industrial electrical work, is comfortable in a rotating-shift environment, and can help keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Perform industrial electrical maintenance across plant equipment and production systems Troubleshoot PLCs, relays, sensors, robotics, Allen-Bradley controls, drives, motors, and electrical components Work with 3-phase motors, motor controls, power systems, and speed control drives Support equipment uptime through electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance Bend and install conduit and wiring for equipment installations and upgrades Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Support crane repair and electrical servicing of plant operations equipment Follow OSHA and company safety policies, including lockout/tagout and arc flash procedures Complete required documentation and maintenance reports Maintain regular, full-time onsite attendance in alignment with rotating shift expectations Perform other duties as assigned by maintenance leadership What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Prior industrial electrical, manufacturing maintenance, or steel/mill environment experience preferred PLC troubleshooting experience strongly preferred Allen-Bradley PLC experience is a strong plus Experience with relays, robotics, sensors, 3-phase motors, motor controls, and industrial electrical systems Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues in a fast-paced production environment Ability to read electrical schematics and follow technical diagrams Mechanical aptitude and basic computer literacy Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to maintain effective working relationships Availability to work rotating shifts, six days per week, weekends, and overtime as needed Ability to pass a hair follicle drug screen, physical, and background check Legally authorized to work in the United States Ideal Backgrounds Strong candidates may come from industrial manufacturing, steel, tube, pipe, heavy equipment, automotive, or other high-volume production environments. Experience from facilities such as steel mills, metal processing plants, or other union industrial environments may be especially relevant.
