We're looking for an experienced Journeyman Electrician who takes pride in doing clean, safe, professional work and wants the opportunity to grow with a company being built for the long term. What You'll Do Perform residential and light commercial electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting Diagnose electrical problems and develop safe, code-compliant solutions Install and repair panels, breakers, circuits, receptacles, switches, lighting, and ceiling fans Perform service and panel upgrades Install dedicated circuits for EV chargers, hot tubs/spas, appliances, equipment, and other loads Install generator-related electrical equipment, transfer equipment, and generator connections Troubleshoot existing electrical systems Read electrical plans, diagrams, and manufacturer instructions Complete work in accordance with the NEC and applicable local codes Communicate professionally with customers Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle Properly document completed work, materials, and job conditions Work independently when required while also functioning as part of a team What We're Looking For Experienced Journeyman-level electrician Strong residential electrical experience Commercial experience is a plus Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Solid working knowledge of the National Electrical Code Ability to perform high-quality work without constant supervision Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Ability to safely use ladders, power tools, testing equipment, and standard electrical tools Professional appearance and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and accountable Strong attention to detail Someone who treats the customer's home or business with respect What Matters to Us We care just as much about character as electrical ability.
