Service Electrician As a Service Electrician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing electrical systems in occupied homes. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. You will serve as a direct representative of the company, delivering reliable solutions and clear communication to homeowners while ensuring quality workmanship on every service call. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential homes Install, maintain, and upgrade residential electrical systems (panels, wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, etc.) Perform detailed troubleshooting and provide effective solutions Ability to handle service contracts, work orders, change orders, and billings Daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting as requested by the department manager Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment in customers' homes Additional duties may be assigned from time to time by the department manager Minimum Requirements 5+ years of experience in residential electrical service work Strong background in troubleshooting and repairing residential electrical systems Experience working directly in occupied homes and with homeowners Applicants must possess High School diploma or GED.
