- Job Title: Electrician
- Job Description
- This role focuses on assembling, installing, routing, and wiring electrical components and systems in an industrial environment. You work with electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to install and connect wiring, cables, and electrical assemblies, while performing troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems, including replacing faulty components.
- Responsibilities
- + Assemble, install, route, and wire electrical parts and components in accordance with project requirements and safety standards.
+ Use hand tools such as drills, hole saws, crimpers, wire cutters, and electric drivers to perform installation and assembly tasks.
+ Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to plan and execute electrical installations accurately.
+ Install, connect, and route wiring, cables, and electrical assemblies for industrial electrical systems.
+ Perform troubleshooting on electrical systems to identify issues and determine appropriate corrective actions.
+ Repair electrical systems by replacing faulty components and ensuring proper functionality after repairs.
+ Verify the quality and integrity of wiring, connections, and installations to meet technical specifications and safety guidelines.
+ Collaborate with team members or other trades as needed to complete electrical projects efficiently and safely.
- Essential Skills
- + At least 1 year of relevant experience in electrical work or a High School Diploma or equivalent education.
+ Hands-on experience with electrical wiring installation and repair.
+ Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools such as drills, hole saws, crimpers, wire cutters, and electric drivers.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving electrical issues.
+ Experience with industrial electrical installations and assemblies.
+ Knowledge of safe practices for working with electrical systems.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Previous electro-mechanical experience, including work with both electrical and mechanical components.
+ Familiarity with control systems and their wiring and installation.
+ Experience with conduit installation for routing and protecting electrical wiring.
+ Exposure to electronic assembly tasks, including handling and assembling electronic components.
+ Ability to work from technical documentation and follow detailed instructions.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $26.
12 - $29.64/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
