On weekend overnights, you'll be the go-to problem-solver who keeps lines moving and downtime minimal across a modern manufacturing environment. A night in the role Walk the floor at shift start to review maintenance tickets and line status, then prioritize critical calls. Diagnose issues across 120/208/240/480V systems, including 480V 3-phase motors, VFDs, and control circuits. Read electrical schematics to trace faults, swap components, and bring equipment safely back online. Tune and troubleshoot Allen‑Bradley PLC I/O, sensors, and related devices; collaborate with operations to validate fixes. Repair and optimize hydraulics and pneumatics—valves, pumps, actuators, and regulators—to restore performance. Support conveyor systems and servo-driven equipment with precision adjustments and component replacements. Interface with Keyence or similar vision systems to resolve detection and alignment issues. Document work performed and partner with teammates to hand off cleanly to the next shift. What you bring Hands-on Industrial Maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant. Proven skill with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, control circuits, motors, pumps, and industrial power distribution. Comfort working on 480V, 3‑phase systems with solid mechanical and electrical aptitude. Experience with Keyence Vision or comparable camera systems. Team-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
