This is more than a valet trash position. Our Apartment Service Technicians help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of one of Murfreesboro's premier apartment communities while delivering dependable, professional service every evening. At L&J Waste Management, reliability isn't optional—it's our reputation. Compensation $26.00/hour when using your own approved truck, plus a fuel allowance Paid training Performance-based raises Advancement opportunities to Senior Technician and Floating Operations Lead Schedule Shift B Thursday Friday Saturday Evening shifts

Service Window:

7:00 PM

• 9:00 PM Routes typically take 2 hours Most technicians finish well before the end of the service window Once your assigned route is completed correctly, your shift is over—you are not required to remain on-site until 10:00 PM Responsibilities Collect valet trash from apartment residents Keep dumpster and compactor areas clean and organized Report maintenance or safety concerns Take photos of property issues when necessary Safely operate a company vehicle or your approved personal truck Represent L&J Waste Management professionally during every shift Reliability Is Our Standard We expect every team member to: Arrive before their scheduled start time Begin service promptly at 7:00 PM Complete service within the property's designated service window Communicate immediately if an emergency prevents you from working Take ownership of your assigned property If you believe "on time" means arriving early , you'll fit right in with our team.
