Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Respond to facility service work orders, including lighting and electrical service calls Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults and equipment issues Monitor and troubleshoot building management and energy management systems Maintain and repair electrical, lighting, and mechanical systems Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Perform equipment inspections and record readings accurately Complete maintenance documentation, work orders, and equipment logs Work alongside other technicians to complete repairs and preventative maintenance Maintain tools and work areas in a clean and organized condition Follow all SOPs, safety procedures, and manufacturer guidelines Properly use required PPE while performing all work Support facility team goals and maintenance projectsPay:
