We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman or Wireman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and residential electrical work and demonstrates proficiency in leadership and training others. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, including generators, panel upgrades/changes, new and remodel construction from start to finish, troubleshooting, hardscape lighting, machinery including a Mini X and trencher, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Electrician will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical installations and repairs are completed safely and in compliance with the most updated National Electrical Code (NEC). Responsibilities Train apprentices NEC level electrical that is up to Noller Electric standards as well.

Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.

Conduct troubleshooting on electrical systems using ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout of electrical systems.

Ensure compliance with NEC standards during all electrical work.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Keeping a fully stocked truck to make sure you are prepared for all service or maintenance calls. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in residential, commercial is a plus.

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment.

Strong understanding of NEC regulations and safety standards.

Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients.

Comfortable traveling to the Dallas/Fort Worth area
