We're a locally owned commercial and industrial electrical contractor serving DFW. We perform new construction, tenant finish-outs, design-build, service and industrial work. We're growing, but we want to grow the right way—with good people. What You'll Do Perform commercial and industrial electrical work throughout DFW Lead and work alongside crews of approximately 1-10electricians Read blueprints, specifications and electrical drawings Lay out and install conduit, feeders, branch circuits, panels, lighting and equipment Troubleshoot electrical systems and solve problems in the field Make sure work is safe, clean, code-compliant and ready for inspection Coordinate with project management when field conditions or changes come up Help train apprentices and less-experienced electricians Take ownership of the work you're responsible for What We're Looking For Current Texas TDLR Journeyman Electrician License Commercial or industrial electrical experience Ability to read blueprints and understand the NEC Ability to run work and lead a small crew Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Good communication and a professional attitude Someone dependable who takes pride in doing the job right Ability to pass required background and drug screening We're not looking for someone who simply wants to punch a clock.
