Overview WYRE Industries, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent / Electrical professional to lead and oversee commercial and industrial electrical construction projects. The Superintendent serves as the primary jobsite supervisor and is responsible for the safe, efficient, and quality-driven execution of electrical installations for small to mid-sized ground-up construction projects and tenant finish projects. This position requires a strong field leader who can coordinate employees, subcontractors, vendors, project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals while maintaining project schedules, quality standards, budgets, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction professional with strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Duties Lead and supervise day-to-day electrical construction activities on commercial and industrial jobsites. Direct electricians, apprentices, subcontractors, and other field personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. Serve as the primary field point of contact for electrical construction operations. Interpret and review electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project documents. Coordinate electrical work with general contractors, project managers, engineers, other trades, vendors, and subcontractors. Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules using Trimble or similar construction scheduling software . Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources to maintain productivity and project timelines. Coordinate procurement and delivery of electrical materials and equipment. Perform quality-control inspections and ensure installations meet plans, specifications, applicable codes, and company standards. Identify potential construction issues, delays, conflicts, and material shortages and work proactively to resolve them. Monitor project progress and communicate jobsite conditions, schedule updates, and potential impacts to project management. Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Trimble, or similar construction technology to manage project documentation and field activities. Maintain accurate jobsite records, including daily reports, drawings, schedules, material information, and other project documentation. Ensure all work complies with OSHA requirements, NFPA 70E, NEC requirements, company safety policies, and applicable jobsite safety procedures . Conduct and participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, jobsite inspections, and employee safety training. Promote a strong safety culture and hold field personnel accountable for safe work practices. Train, mentor, and develop electricians and other field personnel. Monitor productivity and workmanship while identifying opportunities to improve field efficiency. Assist project management with budgeting, resource allocation, change-order coordination, and project planning. Maintain professional relationships with customers, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. Provide leadership and problem-solving support throughout the project lifecycle. Perform other duties and responsibilities necessary to successfully complete assigned construction projects. Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical construction , with demonstrated field leadership experience. Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, Foreman, Lead Electrician, or similar construction leadership role strongly preferred. Extensive knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical installations, construction practices, and jobsite operations. Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable electrical construction standards. Working knowledge of OSHA construction safety requirements and electrical safety practices, including

NFPA 70E.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, specifications, schedules, and construction documents. Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate electricians, apprentices, subcontractors, and multiple trades. Experience managing manpower, materials, equipment, schedules, and jobsite productivity. Experience with construction management and documentation platforms such as Trimble, Procore, and Bluebeam preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to learn and utilize construction technology. Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, make sound field decisions, and effectively communicate with project management and customers. Ability to work in an active construction environment and meet project deadlines. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Electrical license, journeyman license, or other applicable electrical credentials preferred.

OSHA, NFPA

70E, CPR/First Aid, and other relevant safety certifications are a plus.

$85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
