Shift:

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm Rotating On Call Manages and maintains tools and equipment in good working condition. Coordinates and performs electrical equipment maintenance, installations, and modifications per all applicable codes and regulations. Assists in the operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems, overseeing essential repairs and other duties as requested. Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures, under limited guidance. Monitors work performed by outside contractors to ensure requirements are met and results are documented properly. Responds to in-house work orders and preventive maintenance tasks. Responds to emergency calls in accordance with facility needs. Provides on-the-job skills training to enhance team capabilities. Supports and contributes to the development of new processes, products, or services. Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Remains current on maintenance logs and documentation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:

High school/equivalent grad or 5+ years experience [Required] Master's [Preferred]

Work Experience:

5+ years of electrician maintenance experience [Required] 2+ years of healthcare maintenance [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

Driver's License (DL) [Required] Journeyman Electrician is only being considered at this location

Pay Range:
