Extended hours, weekends, shutdown coverage, and travel as required Lead Electrical & Instrumentation Commissioning on Major West Texas Projects Are you an experienced Senior Commissioning Manager with a strong Electrical & Instrumentation background? We're looking for a hands-on commissioning leader to overseeplanning, testing, energization, startup, and turnover for complex industrial projects across West Texas. This is a field leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge and the ability to make sound decisions in active construction and startup environments. What You Will Do Lead the E&I commissioning program from mechanical completion through turnover Manage commissioning staffing, schedules, procedures, and turnover Lead testing and energization of MV/LV distribution, switchgear, MCCs, transformers, generators, UPS, and protective relays Commission DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS/ESD, fire-and-gas, and instrumentation systems Develop switching plans, energization procedures, and LOTO requirements Lead pre-energization walkdowns and approve energization packages Coordinate with construction, engineering, safety, operations, vendors, and clients Drive testing documentation, punch-list closure, and final turnover Track commissioning schedules, progress, risks, and forecasts Enforce

OSHA, NFPA

70E, and NEC requirements What You Bring 12+ years of industrial electrical, instrumentation, controls, commissioning, or startup experience 5+ years leading E&I commissioning teams on major industrial projects Proven experience taking complex E&I systems through energization, startup, and turnover Strong knowledge of MV/LV electrical systems and

DCS/PLC/SIS/ESD

systems Strong understanding of LOTO, electrical switching, energized work, and commissioning risk Ability to read single-lines, P&IDs, loop diagrams, and logic diagrams Experience managing OEMs, testing agencies, and multidisciplinary teams Valid driver's license and ability to meet project site requirements Preferred Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Construction Management, Journeyman/Master Electrician license, PE, Certified Commissioning Professional, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, West Texas or Permian Basin experience, brownfield, shutdown, and tie-in experience.
