We are growing and seeking an experienced, licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team to travel to various jobsites up and down the front range to help drive continued success. Position Overview We are looking for a Licensed Journeyman Electrician willing to travel to various jobsites (and states) with hands-on experience in commercial and industrial electrical installations. The ideal candidate will have a valid state issued Journeyman License form TX, CO, OK, UT or WY), have a solid understanding of NEC code, the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Install and maintain various electrical systems and components, including control panels, switchboards, junction boxes, and switches Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using wiring diagrams and technical schematics Replace fuses and breakers in both high- and low-voltage circuits Repair and maintain motors and generators Connect and disconnect electrically powered machinery and equipment Mentor apprentices by promoting quality workmanship and safety practices Work effectively in all weather conditions and environments Qualifications Journeyman Electrician License (Required - CO, TX, OK, UT, WY or reciprocating state) Technical or trade school degree preferred Strong work ethic and safety-first mindset Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to remote job sites Dependable, punctual, and professional at all times Team-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Climb ladders, stairs, and scaffolding Lift and carry up to 60 lbs Apply pushing or pulling force over 100 lbs Work in high or confined spaces Perform duties in various outdoor conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, etc.) Wear employer-provided personal protective equipment (PPE) Occasional overtime, weekend, and holiday work may be required Why Join Benchmark Electrical Solutions?
