$25-$32/hour base + overtime available We are hiring, experienced commercial electricians for a client in Wilmer, TX. You must have an apprentice OR journeyman license, and contribute immediately in conduit, rough-in, wire pulls, terminations, equipment installation, and blueprint-driven field work. Be ready to take a hands-on test. What you'll do- Install electrical systems and components to project specifications and NEC standards.
- Bend/install EMT, rigid conduit, and raceways; perform rough-in.
- Pull wire, install cable, and complete terminations.
- Install panels, disconnects, transformers, switchgear, lighting, and devices.
- Read drawings, troubleshoot issues, inspect work, and safely use tools and test equipment.
- Coordinate with field leadership and other trades while maintaining a clean, OSHA-compliant site. What we're looking for
- 3+ years of commercial electrical construction experience preferred
- Current Texas TDLR electrician license or apprentice registration
- Commercial and/or industrial installation experience
- Ability to bend conduit, perform rough-in, pull wire, and terminate devices and equipment
- Ability to read electrical prints and understand common tools, materials, and methods
- Reliable transportation, strong attendance, and jobsite safety discipline Pay and benefits
- Publicly advertised range: $25-$32/hour; final rate based on assignment and experience
