Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems in accordance with NEC, local codes, and project specifications Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and project documents Plan and execute conduit layouts, wire pulls, and device installations Install and terminate panels, switchgear, transformers, and electrical equipment Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and inspections to ensure proper operation Lead and mentor apprentices, providing guidance on proper methods and safety practices Ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule Coordinate with foremen, supervisors, and other trades on job sites Enforce job site safety standards and OSHA regulations Identify material needs and communicate shortages or issues to supervision Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work areaQualifications:
Valid State of Texas Journeyman Electrical License Able to pass a background check and a drug screening 3+ years of relevant experience 1+ years as aJourneyman Benefits:
