Job Description

Johnson Electric Motor, Inc. has been serving the Ogden and surrounding areas for over 70 years doing work in Commercial, Industrial, and Residential settings. We are currently looking for Experienced Journeyman electricians. The position is full time Monday-Friday with overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking experienced electricians with a diverse background in industrial electrical work who thrive in a team-oriented environment and consistently demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and punctuality. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working in industrial facilities, including crusher plants, grain mills, and other heavy industrial settings. Qualified candidates should possess a strong understanding of industrial instrumentation, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), soft starters, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). They should be skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of electrical systems and industrial equipment while following all applicable safety standards. Successful candidates are dependable problem-solvers who communicate effectively, take pride in producing high-quality work, and work collaboratively to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Pay Scale:
Our current pay scale for Journeyman Electricians is $40-55/hr DOE.
Pay:
$30.00 - $55.00 per hour
