We are growing quickly and are looking for driven, action-oriented thinking leaders to join our team! Powered Up provides electrical services to most counties in Utah for residential new build, remodel and service projects. We want to give you the ability to grow with us in a fast- paced, challenging but rewarding work environment. We offer health benefits, competitive pay and performance-based bonuses. Overtime opportunities available frequently. Job Responsibilities This position will oversee the completion of electrical projects for residential new build. Duties may include but are not limited to: Leading the installation, assembly and wiring of electrical systems (rough-in and finish) Installing fixtures, alarms, outlets and switches Operating power hand tools and other specialized electrical equipment Overseeing and ensuring jobsite cleanliness and safety Supervise and train other employees in installation of new build residential electrical system and components
Job Qualifications:
At least 3 years electrical experience Strong ability to lead others Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and other trade laborers Knowledge of electrical code, wiring of electrical systems and components Strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
Lift and/or move up to 100 lbs Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Work in various positions, such as standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting, often for extended periods of time Work in various environments such as extreme hot and cold, crawl spaces, roofs, extreme heights, etc.
