Electrical Services is hiring an experienced Industrial Electrician to support industrial electrical installation, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and upgrades. We are a family that works hard, looks out for one another, and takes pride in doing things the right way. This role is for a dependable electrician who can diagnose problems, work safely around active industrial equipment, and bring a good attitude to the job every day. You will support important facility work where troubleshooting skills, communication, and attention to detail help keep operations running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do
  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, motor controls, panels, motors, and production equipment.
  • Install rigid conduit, raceways, wiring, panels, disconnects, and power distribution equipment in industrial environments.
  • Perform accurate power, control, and communication terminations.
  • Read schematics, wiring diagrams, one-lines, and electrical drawings.
  • Support equipment startups, shutdowns, testing, maintenance, and electrical upgrades.
  • Follow OSHA, Lockout/Tagout, NEC, and company safety standards on every task, while helping maintain a clean, organized, professional work area. What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 10 years of electrical experience, including at least 5 years in industrial environments.
  • Journeyman Electrician license in at least one of the quad states.
  • Rigid conduit installation experience in industrial facilities.
  • Ability to read schematic drawings and troubleshoot electrical systems.
  • Proficient in power, control, and communication terminations.
  • Willingness to work up to 50 hours per week.
  • Strong attention to detail, dependability, safety awareness, teamwork, and pride in quality workmanship. Preferred Experience
  • Motor Controls, PLC's, MCCs, VFDs, instrumentation, or industrial automation.
  • Minimum of OSHA 10 preferable OSHA 30 certification.
  • Installation in Manufacturing, processing, energy, data center, or heavy industrial facility experience.
  • Ability to mentor helpers, apprentices, or less experienced electricians.
