Commercial Journeyman Electrician Multiple Openings, Pay:

Electrical Services is hiring a Journeyman Electrician to support commercial electrical construction projects with safe, dependable, high-quality field work. We are looking for someone who knows the trade, takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly, and brings a positive attitude to the jobsite every day. What You'll Do- Install conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, switchgear, devices, and power distribution equipment.
- Read blueprints, specifications, electrical drawings, BIM coordination drawings, and project documents.
- Troubleshoot field issues and complete work according to NEC requirements and project standards.
- Coordinate with foremen, project teams, apprentices, helpers, and other trades to keep work moving.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safety-focused work area and support a productive crew environment.
- Mentor apprentices and helpers through example, patience, accountability, and pride in quality workmanship. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience required; Journeyman Electrician License preferred, or equivalent field experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installation, conduit, wiring, terminations, panels, lighting, and power distribution.
- Ability to read drawings, understand project documents, apply practical NEC knowledge, and solve problems safely in the field.
- Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, strong work ethic, and pride in doing things right.
- Good attitude, teamwork mindset, safety awareness, accountability, and willingness to help others grow. Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
- Experience with healthcare, education, retail, office, industrial, mission-critical, or large commercial projects.
- Ability to read and work from BIM coordination drawings, 3D coordination models, digital plans, and coordinated installation details to support accurate field installation.
- Experience collaborating with BIM teams, project managers, foremen, general contractors, and other trades while using tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, ProjectSight, Microsoft Teams, or similar construction platforms for coordination and communication.
