An Electrician works on electrical systems in buildings. May also specialize in electrical work required in different manufacturing industries, electrical systems for cars, plane or boats, or electrical and lighting work in the film industry.

$38.00-$43.00/hour What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and support a team of electrical maintenance technicians. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, motor control, VFD, and PLC issues to minimize downtime. Prioritize daily maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of work. Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs to increase equipment reliability. Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance. Ensure compliance withOSHA, NFPA
70E, and company safety standards. Coach technicians and help develop their technical and troubleshooting skills. Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and support production goals. What We're Looking For 7+ years of industrial electrical, controls, or maintenance experience. 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong troubleshooting skills with industrial electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, and automation equipment. Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of OSHA andNFPA 70E
safety standards. Ability to balance hands-on technical work with team leadership. Physical Requirements Ability to walk throughout a manufacturing facility daily. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the production floor. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
