Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of electricians on various construction, renovation, and industrial projects, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of workmanship Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and troubleshooting efforts Oversee electrical systems installation, including low voltage and high voltage wiring, ensuring adherence to NEC (National Electrical Code), NFPA 70 compliance, and local building codes Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and power tools to identify issues and implement effective solutions Review blueprints for electrical drafting, ensuring accuracy in schematic interpretation and blueprint review for electrical work planning Supervise the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment while maintaining strict adherence to electrical safety procedures and protocols Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of electrical tasks while maintaining quality standards and safety compliance Skills Extensive experience working as an electrician in industrial, commercial, or construction settings with a focus on electrical systems installation and troubleshooting Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and schematics for accurate project execution Strong knowledge of building code compliance, including NEC standards and NFPA 70 regulations for low voltage systems Ability to interpret section blueprints for electrical drafting and review plans for accuracy before implementation Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment effectively Experience managing teams of electricians on complex projects with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), high voltage systems, renovation projects, and schematics interpretation for industrial applications Commitment to following electrical safety procedures at all times while maintaining a safe work environment This role is perfect for motivated electricians looking to step into a leadership position where their technical skills can shine.
