TBD Actively hiring an experienced 01 Journeyman Electrician Foreman for a long-term commercial project located in Port Townsend, Washington. This position is specifically for electricians who have previous foreman experience managing crews and running projects independently. We are looking for a strong leader who can maintain production, coordinate with other trades, and keep projects moving efficiently while upholding high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in residential, commercial, and multifamily settings Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications to ensure code-compliant installations Lead or assist on job sites, coordinating with apprentices and other trades for efficient workflow Perform panel upgrades, service gear installations, and rough/trim-out work with precision. Conduct routine inspections and testing using meters, tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ensure safety standards are followed at all times and maintain clean, organized work areas
Qualifications:
Valid Washington State Journeyman Electrician License ( EL01 ) Minimum 3 years of field experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work Strong understanding of NEC codes and local electrical regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specs Skilled in troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems Ability and knowledge in basic hand/power tools Excellent communication, time management, and team leadership skills Must be safety-conscious and able to work independently or as part of a crew Ability to train/oversee
