WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
You'll be trained across Bay Custom's home upgrade solutions including: Permanent exterior lighting (the first and most experienced in the area!) Landscape lighting Custom garage cabinets and storage systems Concrete coatings and modular floor tiles Troubleshooting, service and repair Our goal is to develop you into a Lead Installer who can run your own crew. We'll teach you the products, systems, and skills - you bring the work ethic and willingness to learn.WHAT A GOOD DAY LOOKS LIKE

You disappear when there's something difficult to do. Or you're looking for a place where doing the bare minimum is good enough. That's just not how we operate.THE BASICS
You'll need a valid driver's license and a good driving record. You must be comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders and occasionally working at heights. You should be able to lift approximately 50 lbs. Previous experience with hand and power tools is required. Construction or installation experience is helpful, but attitude, mechanical ability and willingness to learn matter more to us than having the perfect résumé.WHAT BAY CUSTOM OFFERS
