We are seeking Construction Electricians for the Madison area: Construction Foreman with experience running construction projects, Journeyman or Master Electricians with construction experience, and Beginner Electricians with some field experience and/or electrical diploma from a trade school. Qualified Project Foreman to receive $53.00/hour and above, plus benefits. Qualified Project Journeyman to receive $49.50/hour and above, plus benefits. Qualified WI Licensed Journeyman and Master Electricians may qualify for a hiring bonus of $10,000.00 •per terms and conditions. Completion of a electricity degree may qualify for a $1,000.00 hiring bonus•

General Field Superintendent Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function below. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Essential Functions Installs, maintains, and/or troubleshoots electrical systems in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC) Demonstrates ability to work without direct supervision Installs conduit systems, various lighting systems, and control systems Installs motor feeders and makes standard motor connections Cleans and maintains job site, tools, and vehicles Consistently follows workplace safety procedures Participates in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions Immediately identifies, corrects, and/or reports any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents in a timely manner Works as a member of a cohesive team Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or GED; and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience
Computer Skills:
General computer skills preferred.
Certificates and Licenses:
Must possess one of the following licenses: Wisconsin Master Electrician License Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License Wisconsin Registered Electrician License
Training:
Current First Aid/CPR and OSHA 10-Hour trainings are required in order to perform this job.
Physical Demands:
The employee will be required to lift and/ or carry up to 100 lbs during the course of a work day.
Work Environment:
Work is performed primarily in indoor and outdoor settings with regular exposure to cold, heat, direct sun light, dirt, hazardous electrical / specialty systems equipment and wiring, and underground and elevated heights.
