Impact:

Execute precision electrical installations across residential, commercial, and industrial job sites. Troubleshoot complex wiring, control systems, and power distribution components efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite to protect crew members and property. Communicate professionally with customers to explain technical details and ensure satisfaction. Perform specialized work on solar power systems and elevator controls as needed. Uphold strict safety guidelines including Fall Protection, lift usage, and OSHA standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Journeyman Electrician License for the State of Wisconsin. Comprehensive technical knowledge across residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of positive customer interactions. High degree of self-motivation, honesty, dependability, and professional site cleanliness. Willingness to travel up to 10% for regional project assignments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician Certification from an accredited trade program. 2+ years experience with active journeyman license. Prior experience with solar energy systems or elevator electrical controls is a plus.
