Compensation:
Earn $25-$45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for additional earnings through overtime, performance incentives, commissions, or bonus programs where applicable. Your hard work and results are recognized and rewarded.
What You'll Do:
Work residential change-outs with our HVAC install teams and handle electrical upgrades for our residential clients. You'll learn fast and work on a variety of jobs.
Your Schedule:
Full-time, 40+ hours/week.
NO ON-CALL
— your nights and weekends are yours.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform residential electrical service and installation work. Complete electrical upgrades and system improvements for residential customers. Assist with electrical work on residential HVAC replacement and installation projects. Work alongside experienced technicians on a variety of residential jobs. Gain hands-on experience while expanding your technical skills. Deliver quality workmanship with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
