Job Description
Licensed Electrician - Commercial & Residential Solar Skilled Trades Partners is currently seeking Journeyman and Master Licensed Electricians for commercial and residential solar projects throughout Wisconsin. This is a direct hire opportunity with a rapidly growing and well-respected solar and electrical contractor offering long-term stability, strong compensation, and excellent career growth potential. Responsibilities Install solar modules and electrical systems according to code and project specifications Perform conduit bending and pipe installation Work on both roof-mounted and ground-mounted solar systems Troubleshoot and support electrical installations as needed Maintain safe and efficient job site operations Work closely with project teams to complete projects on time and to high standards Qualifications Active Wisconsin Electrician License required Previous solar installation experience preferred Experience with ground mount systems, conduit, and pipe bending Ability to read plans and follow specifications Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Basic hand and power tools required Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $50-$55+/hour Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision PTO and paid time off Tool and tuition reimbursement Long-term, stable direct hire opportunity Strong pipeline of ongoing projects If you're a licensed electrician looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company in the renewable energy industry, apply today for immediate consideration.
