Job Description

Electrician Full Time |Day Shift with On-Call Responsibilities Become a Cedar Community Champion! Are you a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician looking forstable, year-round work where you can put your skills to use across a varietyof projects? Cedar Community is looking for an experienced Electrician tomaintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve electrical systems throughout ourcommunity. From diagnosing electrical issues to supporting apartment andhome renovations, you'll have the opportunity to use your expertise whilehelping maintain safe, comfortable, and reliable spaces for our residents andteam members.
Job Responsibilities:
As an Electrician, you will: โšก Electrical Troubleshooting โ„œpair
  • Diagnose and repair electrical outlets, switches, breakers,circuits, and other electrical components and systems. ๐Ÿ”ง Electrical Systems &Equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems, equipment, and buildingsystems to identify issues and complete necessary repairs. ๐Ÿ—๏ธ Renovations & Remodeling
  • Perform electrical work associated with renovation and remodeling projects invacant apartments, homes, and other spaces throughout Cedar Community. ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Installation & Maintenance
  • Install, inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electricalsystems, motors, switches, distribution equipment, and related buildinginfrastructure. ๐Ÿฆบ Safety & Compliance
  • Complete electrical work safely and in accordance with applicable electricalcodes, regulations, and Cedar Community safety practices.
Qualifications:
โœ” Electrician License
  • Valid Journeyman or MasterElectrician license required. โœ” Electrical Experience
  • Experience troubleshooting,repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, equipment, and building systems. โœ” Troubleshooting Skills
  • Strong ability to diagnoseelectrical issues involving outlets, switches, breakers, circuits, and relatedcomponents. โœ” Renovation Experience
  • Experience performingelectrical work for construction, renovation, or remodeling projects preferred. โœ” Electrical Code Knowledge
  • Knowledge of the NationalElectrical Code and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. โœ” Driver's License
