Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician specializing in HVAC &Facilities, you will: ๐ŸŒก๏ธ HVAC & Mechanical Systems
  • Maintain andtroubleshoot heating systems, boilers, refrigeration, ventilation, airhandlers, thermostats, controls, pumps, motors, and other mechanicalcomponents. ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Preventive Maintenance
  • Perform routine preventivemaintenance on HVAC equipment, building systems, and other mechanical equipmentto keep everything operating safely and efficiently. ๐Ÿ”ง Repairs & Work Orders
  • Troubleshoot and completerepairs involving plumbing, lighting, equipment, and other general maintenanceneeds. ๐Ÿ’ง Building Systems & Equipment
  • Maintain watersystems and set up, test, and repair facility and resident equipment. ๐Ÿฆบ Safety & Reliability
  • Help ensure Cedar Community'sbuildings, systems, and equipment remain safe, functional, and reliable forresidents and team members.
Qualifications:
โœ” MaintenanceExperience
  • One to two years of related maintenance, facilities, HVAC, ormechanical experience preferred. โœ” HVAC Knowledge
  • Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including heating, boilers,refrigeration, ventilation, air handlers, thermostats, and controls. โœ” Mechanical Skills
  • Working knowledge of pumps, motors, belts, and other mechanical components. โœ” PreventiveMaintenance
  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance on HVAC andmechanical equipment. โœ” Driver's License
