Job Description

Electrician jade owls is a fast-growing oil & gas operator built on integrity, grit, and cash flow. Since 2022, we've grown more than 65x and currently operate 13,500 BOPD across Northeast Wyoming and Oklahoma. We're seeking an experienced Electrician to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems across our field operations. Compensation & Benefits Hourly, non-exempt position Eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state wage and hour laws 100% employer paid medical, vision, and dental premiums for applicable plans 401(k) Retirement Plan with generous match Paid Time Off and Company Holidays Potential RSU awards, subject to plan terms, performance, and company discretion Career growth with potential for future advancement Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on production equipment Troubleshoot electrical issues on pumps, motors, panels, VFDs, and control systems Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and applicable regulations Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime Maintain accurate documentation and work records Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Journeyman or Electrical Certification preferred Oil & gas or industrial electrical experience strongly preferred Knowledge of PLCs and motor controls a plus Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Work Environment Outdoor and indoor field work in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Exposure to electrical hazards, heavy equipment, and H2S environments
