What You'll Do Prepare detailed estimates for large commercial flooring projects Review plans, specifications, drawings, and bid documents Perform accurate material and labor takeoffs Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing Work closely with project management and sales teams throughout the bidding process Identify potential scope gaps, risks, and value-engineering opportunities Maintain organized estimating documentation and bid records What We're Looking For Previous commercial flooring estimating experience Experience estimating larger and more complex commercial projects Strong understanding of flooring materials, installation methods, labor, and project scope Strong attention to detail and organizational skills RFMS experience preferred Team-oriented personality and strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously Compensation & Benefits $70K-$90K compensation range Annual bonus opportunity Company-paid employee health insurance 401(k) Generous PTO Strong team-oriented company culture All inquiries and applications will be handled confidentially.
