Job Description
Project Manager/ Estimator Commercial Drywall Key Responsibilities Estimating Prepare accurate project estimates, material takeoffs, proposals, and budgets. Analyze plans, specifications, and bid documents. Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing. Develop competitive bids while maintaining profitability goals. Project Management Manage projects from startup through closeout. Coordinate with customers, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and field leadership. Track project costs, schedules, documentation, and change orders. Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company standards. Support safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. Qualifications Experience in commercial drywall estimating, project management, or a related construction management role. Strong understanding of commercial drywall systems and construction practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. Experience preparing estimates, takeoffs, budgets, and project schedules. Proficiency in construction management and estimating software is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required based on experience.
