This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity located onsite in Gilbert, Arizona, offering a salary of $70,000

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare accurate and competitive bids and detailed cost estimates for fire sprinkler systems, including design, materials, fabrication, equipment, permits, subcontractors, consulting fees, and installation labor. Read and interpret plans and specifications, analyze project requirements, and reevaluate estimates and costs as project details change. Conduct jobsite surveys and assessments and meet with clients to discuss fire safety needs and provide detailed estimates. Collaborate with engineers, architects, construction professionals, suppliers, and subcontractors to determine appropriate fire sprinkler solutions and resource needs. Coordinate sprinkler service jobs as needed and forward awarded bids to the appropriate contacts for scheduling. Remain current on fire safety regulations and technology and provide technical support to project teams during the construction phase.

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of estimating experience, including at least 2 years of direct fire sprinkler estimating experience. High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license required. Strong ability to read and comprehend plans, specifications, project requirements, and detailed cost components. CSA, NICET, and/or OSHA certification preferred.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This Direct Hire opportunity offers a salary of $70,000

•90,000 annually, with some flexibility depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company matching up to 4%.

LOCATION

This position is 100% onsite in Gilbert, Arizona. Candidates must be local. Typical hours are 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility on the start time as long as the schedule remains consistent. Candidates should also be able to work flexible hours, including occasional early mornings or later evenings, based on customer needs. Some travel to job sites may be required.
